We also offer a hoist/lift for the SW 60 series systems. This automatically inserts the goods to be cleaned into the bath, moves them and lifts them out of the bath again after a preset or individually set period of time.

As an option, a mechanical rocking device can be adapted to KLN systems to move the fabric in the bath. The vertical oscillation creates a relative movement between the fabric and the bath medium. On the one hand, the removal of dirt from the workpiece surface is improved and the rinsing result optimised; on the other hand, the unavoidable irregularities of the ultrasonic field are compensated for and the cleaning result is improved.

Pump-filter units are used to remove dirt and dust particles from aqueous solutions or rinsing water. They are used in all cleaning processes where high media quality and a long service life are required.

Gravity separators utilise the physical properties of the different densities of liquids to separate floating and sinking particles in cleaning baths.

The contaminants are separated separately, i.e. outside the cleaning chamber. The separator is activated during bath circulation triggered by a circulation pump. Discharge takes place in concentrated form as waste oil or sediment sludge.
