With this system, KLN Ultraschall offers a cost-effective and flexible solution for aqueous parts cleaning. The system is suitable for use in all industrial sectors and for all types of contamination. Thanks to the modular system, the components can be customised for any cleaning process.
Various combinations of cleaning, rinsing and drying units enable customised solutions for your requirements. The system can be expanded at any time by adding units at a later date, which offers a high degree of flexibility. It also impresses with its ergonomic design and the arbitrarily high degree of automation of the process technology.
KLN Ultraschall focusses on maximum operational stability and a long service life of the systems. The systems are particularly easy to maintain and are equipped with console operation directly on the system. Thermal insulation ensures efficient operation, while the ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz guarantees optimum cleaning results.
